Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Abu Dhabi

Pascale Aoun | Operations Manager

After nine years in the world of dentistry, Pascale opted five years ago to dedicate herself to travel and tourism. Prior to her current position at Quintessentially, Pascale served as a Sales Manager for Sabre Travel Network, Middle East handling Abu Dhabi and the Al Ain market. Besides her diploma in Dental Laboratory Technology from the Antonine University, Pascale holds a Master’s in French Literature from the Lebanese University and has also earned a diploma in Ticketing and Reservation. She has volunteered for 10 years at Caritas – Lebanon. She also has a wide range of hobbies from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, travelling, cooking and handcraft artificial flowers. She is a very dedicated person who completes everything to the best of her ability.

Mohamad Hachem | Membership Manager

Coming from a Hospitality background, Mohamad has worked in many places such as Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel- Lebanon, PR Works, and Western Union. He has a diverse amount of experience ranging from working as a Front Office and Guest Relations Coordinator to an Event Organizer and further to a Sales Executive. He is motivated and determined at any tasks, put his way and is looking forward to being part of Quintessentially team. Besides writing poems, Mohamad enjoys swimming and playing Guitar.

Maria Carmen Comandante | Secretary

Carmen is originally from the Philippines. She is a secretarial graduate yet she also has a wide range of experience in customer service and handling customer transactions. She is an organized and motivated person who loves learning new things. Her interests include cooking, shopping, and dancing. Carmen is keen to pursue new and exciting challenges at Quintessentially.
