Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Benelux

Zishan Ansari | CEO Benelux

After studying business, Zishan worked for a well known international insurance company as a manager for more than a year. At the age of 23, he decided to set up his own business and launched his first hotel in the city centre of Brussels. Now he runs two hotels in the capital city of Europe. His passion for business and seizing opportunities finally brought him to Quintessentially. He is the founder and CEO of Quintessentially Benelux and is responsible for the company's activities and expansion within the area. He has been a strong supporter to MSF for the past years and is also involved with supporting Oxfam Solidarity, more specifically in its international fair trade program.

Kashan Ansari | Head of Operations

Kashan graduated in Art and Science in Brussels. He started working in the luxury business for a high end car company.
Highly interested in the luxury industry, he then co-founded Quintessentially Benelux with Zishan Ansari in 2007. Being very keen about Quintessentially, he decided to launch the Benelux and take Quintessentially to this new market. He is a very social person, outgoing and his interests are fashion and design.

Gaddo Massangioli | Membership Relations Manager

Though his heart is Italian, Gaddo was born and raised in the capital of Europe. His 8 years of experience in luxury events have seen him working between Florence, Ibiza and Brussels. All of the potential he has and the five languages he speaks (Italian, French, Spanish, English and Portuguese) are now fully dedicated to Quintessentially. His main passions in life are the ACF Fiorentina, fashion and nightlife.

Ena Moerbeek | Account Manager

Born and raised in Belgium, multilingual Ena speaks Dutch, French and English and studied Event and Project Management at Antwerp. After realising that she wanted to work for an international company, Ena decided to intern at Quintessentially, where she worked for 4 months before landing a job. Her love of adventure and travelling has taken her all over the world, but at the moment she is concentrating on her career, pushing her limits to develop herself in as many ways as possible.
