Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Egypt

Youssef Semaan | Managing Director

Youssef is the founder and Managing Director of Quintessentially Egypt. An avid entrepreneur, he also owns and runs a successful media business. Youssef has studied International Relations at the American University in Cairo and has held senior positions in sales and marketing with leading international companies prior to starting-up his first business in 2004.

Selma Abu ElDahab | Director of Operations and Development

Selma has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 10 years owning and managing her own bespoke rug business as well as acting as the sales and marketing director in a well known boutique hotel in Sinai. She jumped on the opportunity to join Quintessentially as her experience and passion for travel, diving and the great outdoors made her the ideal candidate for the job. Selma is a graduate of the American University in Cairo.

Amira Tarkhan | Customer Service & Membership Manager

Amira has been with Quintessentially Egypt from the onset, first as a Member Assistant and then as a Dedicated & Elite Account Manager. She joined the London Team as International Requests Account Manager for over a year. Having recently re-joined the Egypt team, Amira brings with her extensive experience, dedication and a truly impressive work ethic. Amira is a graduate of the American University in Cairo where she earned a degree in Political Science & International Relations.

Suzy Nader | Head of Member Assistance

Born in Kuwait and raised in Egypt, Suzy comes from a multi-cultural upbringing. Half French and half Egyptian, she has spent most of her life in three major cosmopolitan cities- Cairo, Paris and Barcelona. After graduating from Cairo American College she went on to study Public Relations and Communications at the European University of Barcelona. Suzy's love of communicating and interacting with people and her interest in world cultures has been a driving force in her life. It is with Quintessentially that Suzy has found her path.

Ahmed Dewidar | Lifestyle Advisor

Born in Egypt, Ahmed was educated in the UK, before moving to Glion, Switzerland to study for a degree in hotel management. After graduating, Ahmed returned to Egypt to take up a managerial position with the Four Seasons, allowing him to pursue a career making the most of his passion and expertise for service and guest experience. Ahmed’s fervour for travel, coupled with his appreciation for the finer things in life, make him the perfect fit for the Quintessentially team.

Mariam Gareer | Lifestyle Advisor

Having grown up in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, Mariam has always been interested in experiencing new cultures. After graduating from the American University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, she developed her passion for travel and creativity by taking up a marketing position for one of the largest resort community developments on the Red Sea Riviera. It is these passions, combined with her appreciation for the finer things in life, that has made it a natural step for her to join Quintessentially.

Lausanne Shalaby | Lifestyle Advisor

With a double major in International Business & Finance from the German University in Cairo, Lausanne brings with her several years of sales and marketing experience in a leading global real estate firm.

Born and raised in Egypt, she is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring countries steeped in history and culture. A characteristic that makes her an ideal candidate for Quintessentially.
