Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Panama

Rene Estripeaut | CEO

Rene spent the last 10 years in investment advisory firms in Panama. He started at Private Asset Management and later joined Wall Street Securities which merged with Banco Continental. He serves on the board of Marine Blenders and Gramercy Capital, a real estate holding company that restores property in Panama. Rene also runs Quintessentially in Panama.

Marina Boyd | Head of Operations

Born in Puerto Rico, and raised between Colorado, Argentina and Puerto Rico, Marina De Boyd has travel ingrained within her and cherishes her nomadic upbringing. Studying Portuguese and Latin American History at Harvard, Marina went on to study abroad in Rio de Janeiro. After graduating, Marina relocated to Buenos Aires to work at a start-up that she helped grow from one outlet in Argentina to fifteen throughout Central and South America. In 2010, Marina moved to Panamá and is now delighted to be with Quintessentially, and enjoys soccer, scuba diving and golf in her spare time.

Jenny Picciotto | Business Development Coordinator

Born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela, Jenny has spent time living in several countries, from the United States and Switzerland, to Chile, where she completed a BA in Marketing and Advertising, with a Minor in Strategic Communications. Jenny’s multicultural background has exposed her to an array of places, foods and people, making her a great connoisseur for our Panamanian members. Jenny has vast experience in concierge, having spent several years working at a boutique hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile. While not at Q, Jenny enjoys travel, indulging in fine wines and foods, and loves meeting new people, making her a fantastic addition to our team.

Elisabet Cedeno | Dedicated Account Manager

Born and raised in Panama, Elizabet is an extremely personable and warm character, full of passion and enthusiasm when meeting people. After finalising her Law studies and working as a legal assistant, Elizabet took an opportunity to work for a tour operator as a sales assistant, where her charm and a conscientious attitude towards customer care became a crucial part of her role. In her spare time, Elizabet loves to spend time with her family and friends, as well as enjoying the delights of salsa dancing, Jamaican reggae music and reading. Elizabet has a unique and optimistic attitude, which makes her a central member of the Quintessentially Panama team.

Amie Guinard | Dedicated Account Manager

Amie was born and raised in Panama. Her adventurous spirit led her to move to New Zealand as an exchange student. Here she worked alongside people from all over the world, learning the vital importance of empathy, and being open to the numerous opportunities life offers. Returning to Panama Amie began studying the Culinary Arts, and as part of her studies she completed two internships in Perù. Whilst working at the International College Program at Disney she was in charge of all the events and activities at the renowned Social Club in Panama. Amie is an optimistic hard worker who thrives off responsibility, and is always willing to help others. When she is not working she loves to go to the movies, spend quality time with her family, socialize with friends, and go out for meals. Now she is working with Quintessentially Panama, she is ready to put all of her energy, heart and skills into her work.
