Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Thailand

Ob-oom Chutrakul (Mini-C) | Managing Director

Ob-Oom, nick-named Mini-C, is one of Thailand’s most prolific women and has enjoyed an illustrious career as a celebrity chef, having spent many years in the UK running the prestigious Busabong restaurants. A self-confessed perfectionist, Mini-C settles for nothing less than delivering service that exceeds expectations and joined Quintessentially to assist with developing the brand in Thailand.

Ted Thirapatana (Ted) | Advisory Director

Ted was responsible for introducing Quintessentially to Thailand in 2006. An engineer by trade, he received his MBA from Boston College in the States and has worked and lived in most corners of the globe, including America, Japan, Germany and Thailand. His myriad of experience ranges from designing cars to advising start-ups business and investing in new ventures. Ted continues with his flair for conceptualising and creating networks and relationships to grow the Quintessentially brand into the future.

Tatcha Somjitprasert (Ja) | Marketing Coordinator

After two years studying in New Zealand, Ja moved back to Thailand and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Management at Chulalongkorn University. Ja then joined Quintessentially, fuelling her passion for luxury lifestyle and providing members with the best benefits imaginable. Ja is a fun, friendly and outgoing person who has travelled to many countries in both Europe and Asia.

Jakkapan Rattanapet (Keng) | Supervisor of Member Assistance

Jakkapan (or 'Keng') is originally from Southern Thailand and after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management, he worked as a Teaching Assistant in one of the best hotel training schools in Thailand. In between, he spent time living in Brazil as an exchange student and travelling extensively around South America. Keng has now joined Quintessentially to further explore what “true” luxury service is all about.

Nutta Pleancharoen (Nutt) | Member Assistant

Nutt gained four years experience at the mobile phone provider AIS as a Personal Assistant, where she came to understand the varying needs of high net worth individuals. In her spare time she likes to play badminton and arrange fun family activities, such as playing cards and Wii games. She decided to join Quintessentially to learn what it means to experience incredible service!

Thanawan Watcharapantee (Gift) | Member Assistant

After graduating with a BA in English from Burapha University, Gift worked as a passenger service agent for EVA Airways. She moved to England as part of a work and study programme where she learned about hotel management and then found a position at a five-star hotel in Bangkok, where she put her customer service experience to excellent use. Gift is an outgoing, sporty person who likes to work with people from different cultures and is looking forward to delivering true Quintessentially service to all members.

Tnon Atapan (Mon) | Member Assistant

After two years of study in New Zealand, Tnon returned to Thailand for his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Assumption University. At the same time he has been garnering work experience, both overseas and in Thailand in Client Services, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, and Restaurant Operations. His outgoing, down to earth personality has taken him across Asia, Europe, America, and Oceania, and today, to Quintessentially Thailand where he brings his passion direct to the Members.

Chutima Khaysatith (Mar) | Administrative Officer

Softly-spoken but strong-willed Mar, who was born and grew up in beautiful southern Thailand, graduated with a Biology degree from Rajchabhat College in Phuket. A beauty and make-up guru, Mar spends her weekends exploring the latest cosmetic advances and seeking adventure. Passionate about her homeland, Mar is keen to share her insider knowledge on the hidden paradises to be found in Thailand with the Quintessentially world.
