Meet the Staff
Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.
Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

Founder and CEO of Quintessentially Turkey, Mehmet started his career after earning a degree in International Relations from Ankara University. After graduation he went on to establish the first Mexican restaurant in Turkey, called Casabonta. Following this experience, he moved into the travel & tourism industry, working for the Hilton Hotel as Food & Bevarage Manager; TMT in Bodrum and then General Manager at STG Travel. |

After graduating from Ankara Yükselis Collage, Yonca worked for several travel agencies as a manager, including Noble Air, Bosfor Turizm, Alitalia and AKK, and cites her specialty as “tailor made” organisations. |

Ali Naci Maral joined the Quintessentially Turkey team in October 2007 as Financial & Administrative Coordinator. Before joining Quintessentially, he worked as an upper-level manager in insurance and finance areas for many years. Now he is glad to be sharing his in-depth knowledge with Quintessentially Turkey. He enjoys movies, listening to different kinds of music and travelling to various destinations. |

With a degree in tourism from Bilkent University, Emir is Quintessentially Turkey’s clubs and restaurants expert. He is a professional skier and absolutely loves cars. |

After studying International Relations and European Union at İzmir University of Economics, Sinem moved to İstanbul. She joined the Quintessentially team in Dec 2007. She enjoys being in her hometown Marmaris in the summer time. More than that - water sports, tennis, shopping and seeking out new places are her passions. |

Bora grew up in Izmir before moving to Istanbul to complete an undergraduate degree at Beykent University in Maths and Computing. He then he studied Msc in Financial Economics at Istanbul Bilgi Unversity before working at some high profile companies as budget and reporting supervisor. In his spare time he loves to play basketball. |

Born and raised in Istanbul, Miray went on to study Comparative Literature at Bilgi University, graduating in 2006. Miray originally joined the Quintessentially Turkey team as a Member Assistant, and has now moved up in the ranks to become the VIP & Premium Accounts Specialist. Miray loves writing travel guides and designing accessories, always listening to music as she goes. |

Born in Istanbul in 1976, Mustafa Kemal graduated with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality from the Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus. Starting his career with Prontotour as an Airport Transferman, Mustafa went on to work with AVEA, Turkey’s third biggest Mobile Phone Operator AVEA. Mustafa joined the Quintessentially team in February 2010 and goes from strength to strength in his Member Assistant role. Mustafa maintains a keen interest in Middle Eastern History and he enjoys visiting historical landmarks in his spare time. |

Born and raised in Istanbul, Cihan studied Tourism and Management at the Bosphorus University, Accomodation Management at the Mediterranean University, and Business Administration at Anatolia University. Cihan is still studying for a Masters degree in Youth Tourism in Turkey at Istanbul University and has worked at a number of Turkish five star hotels and is delighted to be working with Quintessentially. |

Orkan has 10 years of extensive tourism experience behind him, counting time working with hotels, as a cabin chief with several airlines, and as a visa clerk at the American Consulate in Turkey among his previous roles. As such, Orkan is an expert in establishing excellent relationships with people, and brings his good customer care to Quintessentially. Alongside his work as a Member Assistant, Orkan is studying Electrical Engineering. In his spare time, Orkan is a licenced chess player and enjoys fishing and gardening. |

While studying Tourism Management at Dokuz Eylül University, Musa worked at various tourism agencies in Izmir and Antalya before moving to Istanbul to join the Quintessentially team in February 2011. Musa has extensive experience as a tour guide, and across event management and travel marketing while translates excellently into his role at Quintessentially. Musa enjoys travelling and exploring new places and music plays a big part in his life. |

Mustafa was born and raised in Istanbul then moved on to study tourism at Izmir Economy University. After completing his education, he worked for a trading company for five years as an operation specialist, joining Quintessentially in July 2005. Tezer is an expert musician on many instruments. |

Tolga has two undergraduate degrees in Tourism and Management. He was awarded a Masters’ degree in Economics from Anadolu University. He has 12 years of experience in the travel business. It all started at Tour Market Travel, after which he worked for several international agencies, including: It’s International Travel, Zihni&Grayline Travel Services, Bawab International, Deltur Travel, and Supertur Turizm. He loves scuba diving. |

Born in Istanbul, Emre has worked for Quintessentially since February 2005. He is keen on all kind of sports, especially football. |

Having recently joined the Quintessentially team, Aysen is from Eskisehir. She is currently studying accounting at Anadolu University. She started her career in the Water & Sewer Department of Eskisehir municipality as a trainee, then worked for Köydes A.S as an accounting assistant for five years and for Hemsin A.S. |

Originally from Sivas, Hatice Ezik has worked with Mehmet Eskihancilar for more than ten years and has been part of the Quintessentially Turkey team from the very start. She loves travelling. |

Gökhan was born in İstanbul and studied Computer Engineering at Okan University. He has been working in the IT sector since 1990 and joined the Quintessentially family in 2010. In his free time, Gökhan loves to travel and participate in ourdoor sports. |
 |
Born and raised in Istanbul, Furkan studied Computer Programming at Kocaeli University and Computer Engineering at Ahmet Yesevi University in Turkey. He has taken part in various important projects for media, tourism and aviation businesses. As a Software & Web Specialist for Quintessentially Turkey, Furkan develops software for mobile devices for the company. In his free time, Furkan is very fond of roller skating. |
