Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

United Kingdom

Alison Lewis | General Manager

Alison started her career within the field of Secretarial and I.T recruitment. After 5 years she moved into restaurant relations for one of London's online booking companies which soon brought her to Quintessentially in 2001. Alison worked as Restaurant and Club Manager for 5 years at Quintessentially before becoming the UK Managing Director in 2006. Alison has recently been promoted to General Manager.

Jon Goss | Group Licensing Director

A graduate of Birmingham University and BPP Law School, Jon trained at SJ Berwin where he qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Specialising in commercial media and entertainment law, Jon has acted for many high profile clients including Philip Morris International, the Mercury Music Prize, English Institute of Sport, David Arnold, Sara Brightman, Fatboy Slim, and Future Films, advising on and negotiating various commercial arrangements. Having previously led the legal team here at Q, Jon is now responsible for the growth of the Quintessentially Group businesses and brand through licensing and partnerships.

David Zarzecki | Group Sales Director

David has travelled extensively throughout the world, building up a great rapport with many influential people during his journeys. With a broad knowledge in sales and marketing, David brings a refreshing wealth of experience to the Quintessentially team world wide. His interests are wide-ranging, from rugby and skiing to cooking.

Alexei Cantacuzene-Speransky | European Sales and Marketing Manager

Originally from the UK, Alexei started his working life in the service industry, managing bars and restaurants before taking to the French Alps to work for a top-end ski company as a Chalet Host and Ski Guide. At this point Alexei fell in love with France and the French way of life. He later went on to climb Mont Blanc and improve his climbing skills. Upon his return to the UK, he took up an Agent’s position in one of the leading voice-over agencies in London representing 150 artists. Having traveled extensively around the world while working for Quintessentially UK, Alexei has found himself settling in Paris as the Managing Director.

Lindsay Davis | Business Development Director - Partners

Originally from the great state of Wisconsin, Lindsay joined us in January of 2010 and has been a fantastic addition to the Quintessentially family. Having traveled widely and indulged in her great loves - hiking, fine wines and literature - she has come to settle with us, bringing vast amounts of global experience from her background working in the advertising industry.

Charlie Moloney | Events Manager

Charlie spent twelve years working in the fashion industry travelling and living around the world, before she returned to London in 2003 to launch the renowned Kingly Club. She remained there for two years, managing the club membership, exclusive events and publicity. Since joining Quintessentially Charlie has furthered developed her global contact base in order to offer Quintessentially members access to inaccessible parties and events worldwide.
