Meet the Staff

Each member of Quintessentially's team has years of experience and is an expert in his or her field, with a wealth of contacts and connections. All share a passion for quality wherever it is found and are committed to seeking it out for Quintessentially's members.

Our staff now comprises almost 700 people globally, and the below sections show just a sample of our staff.

USA: Miami Office

Natalia Sanchez | Head of Miami

Natalia is a native of Miami, Florida who joined Quintessentially after a successful career in marketing and fashion including several years with Miramax Films in New York City and some of South Florida's top firms. Always the go-to girl for advice on where to dine, shop, entertain or just relax, Natalia enjoys gourmet cooking, films, and is known for her keen sense of style. A graduate of Barry University and The Fashion Institute of New York, Natalia is bilingual in English and Spanish and has lived in the Caribbean and South America.

Bianca Scheepers | Account Manager

Bianca was born and raised in South Africa, growing up between Durban and Johannesburg. With a background in clubs and restaurants, Bianca joined the Quintessentially South Africa team in 2004. Looking for a change and never one to shy away from a challenge, Bianca transferred over to the Miami office in 2007. She is an avid fan of F1 and likes to indulge in her high octane passion at every opportunity.
