Alain Ducasse is the Executive Chef of the Plaza Athénée supervising all dining venues. Since October 2010, Alain Ducasse has gone back to basics with his gastronomic restaurant. One now can indulge in cuisine which turns simple into stunning, with no unnecessary ingredients. Haute couture is in order for the interior decor : the four great screens are scattered with unique embroideries designed by Patrick Jouin. Denis Courtiade and his team deliver a warm and impeccable service at each table, where every guest is king.
