The Bar in Bristol Hotel
Throughout its illustrious 80 year history, the staff of the Bar Le Bristol have worked tirelessly to provide guests with outstanding service and extraordinary drinks.
The diverse cocktail menu is constantly being perfected and updated to create new and original drinks for the enjoyment of guests, who must choose between classic cocktails and newly-developed concoctions. ‘Tenue de Soirée’ - a mix of coffee, cognac, hazelnut and whipped cream - and ‘Dolce Vita’ - a delicious mix of raspberries, limoncello and champagne – are specialties unique to the bar.
An attractive cosmopolitan atmosphere draws a classy clientele including artists, gallery owners, politicians, diplomats, and celebrities, who come to relax and enjoy a drink and the creations of Head Chef Eric Frechon’s menu.
Hôtel Le Bristol also offers ‘Fashion High Tea’, combining an original mix of tea-time with the newest fashion designs. Designers present their collection in a convivial and private show, while pastry chef Laurent Jeannin creates a unique dessert inspired by the collection for guests to enjoy during the show.
Guests can also enjoy Hôtel Le Bristol’s beautiful garden and stunning fountain from the hotel’s terrace in the summer months.
