Use of the Power Plate machine, personal video screens and instructors make this possible for people of any shape, size or fitness level.
 
Power Place at Frogner in Oslo is offering Quintessentially Members a unique package, which includes: one introduction session, two PT sessions (one-on-one with instructor) and a five session "free use" clip card for NOK 1150 (approximately EUR 140). The offer is valid until end of September 2010.
 
For Quintessentially Members visiting Oslo for business or pleasure, Power Place is also offering a reduced drop-in fee at NOK 100 (approximately EUR 12). Ordinary price for drop-in sessions is NOK 125 (approximately EUR 15). This reduced fee is valid to end of year 2010.
