Last year was spectacular. Everyone who went demanded an encore – so here it is, taking place in a very tidy private dining room within the Savoy Grill.
Last time Matthew looked at some great 10-years-on Bordeaux, tasting the smoother than smooth 2001 vintage. This year there’s alot more scope with his favourite Chateaux from the world’s premier wine region, meaning that over the course of the evening you will try some of the most coveted wine from one of the most coveted wine regions in the world, swilling a selection of vintage Clarets from the left and right bank of the Gironde.
Come for extraordinary company, expert culinary skill and some very nice drinking. A must-put-in-diary pre-Valentines dinner date.
