Gourmand: Caffè Quadri, Venice

Ristorante Quadri, the only restaurant located in St. Mark’s Square, reopened earlier this year.

With a new look and a new menu, the restaurant is now under the management of the Alajmo family of the 3 Michelin starred restaurant Le Calandre in Padua.

Recently lauded by London's The Financial Times as ‘exceptionally elegant’, the dining room is a mix of historic and contemporary design elements, including special lighting to highlight the Chef Massimiliano Alajmo and his Executive Chef, Silvio Giavedoni.
